POSITION SUMMARY
Swimming Lesson Instructor must be an energetic, dedicated and motivated individual who enjoys swimming and teaching children of all ages. In addition he/she is to aid the Marshall Area YMCA in fulfilling our mission to instill the values of caring honesty, respect, and responsibility through programs and services that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Pay range is based on qualifications. Must be available weekday evenings, and Saturday mornings. Swimming Lesson Instructor must demonstrate and enforce the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility that make up the YMCA’s character development program.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Swimming instructors are to have current certification in First Aid, CPR Pro, and YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor.
