Policies
Payment is due at time of booking.
Renters who cancel an event two to seven business days prior to the event must pay a $25 cancellation fee. Renters who cancel with less than two business days prior to the event must pay the full rental fee. Extenuating circumstances may warrant an exception to this policy.
Rentals will start at minimum 1 hour after the facility opens and end 1 hour before the facility closes.
The Y does not provide food or beverage. The Y is not responsible for leftover food or items that are left behind.
The use of alcohol is prohibited.
In order to have the YMCA set up the tables and chairs, you must notify us of the layout at least 7 days prior to rental date.
