This free, low-pressure introductory environment is designed specifically for beginners. Our certified local instructors will break down the most common movements slowly, helping you build skills and feel completely confident before jumping into a full class.
Class Schedule & Details
- Session 1: Tuesday, August 4th | 5:00 – 5:20 p.m.
- Session 2: Wednesday, August 5th | 5:30 – 6:15 PM
- Cost: 100% FREE and open to the public
- Location: Marshall Area YMCA Fitness Studio
- What to Bring: Just bring yourself, a water bottle, athletic clothes, and supportive athletic shoes!
What to Expect in BODYCOMBAT 101
This beginner-friendly class takes the intimidation factor out of kickboxing and martial arts fitness. We focus entirely on form, fun, and familiarity.
