YOUTH & GOVERNMENT Join Student delegates in grades 8-12 from all around the state as they form Model Assembly delegations in local YMCAs and high schools. Students research and discuss state issues. After extensive preperation, participants draft legislation, prepare legal case briefs and write news articles. Then they meet at the Capitol and the conference hotel for four days of intense debate, building lasting friendships and having fun during the Model Assembly Session. |
