MEMBER SERVICES STAFF

The Y is looking for an outgoing, responsible, caring person with excellent customer service and communication skills.

BUILDING SUPERVISOR

Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Marshall Area YMCA during evening and weekend hours and the monitoring of all part-time personnel.

GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTOR

Responsible for developing and teaching fitness classes on a weekly basis.

AFTERSCHOOL LEAD STAFF

Primary staff person over-seeing the daily operation of the Afterschool Program at the Y.

AFTERSCHOOL STAFF

Assist the lead staff in leading a group of students in enrichment based programming.

CHILD WATCH STAFF

Staff person caring for and interaction with a small group of children while their parents are using the facility.

TEEN STAFF

Staff supervising and interacting with small groups of Middle School and teenage children during after school hours.

YOUTH SPORTS INSTRUCTOR

Develop and implement sports program lesson plans and be enthusiastic and great with children.

LIFEGUARD

Under the direction of the Aquatics Coordinator the Y is looking for responsible, caring individuals with demonstrated abilities in lifeguarding and life saving skills. 

SWIM LESSON INSTRUCTOR

Under the direction of the Aquatics & Sports Director the Y is looking for responsible, caring individuals with demonstrated abilities in lifeguarding and life saving skills.
