Current available positions
Responsible for maintaining a safe Aquatics Department, managing Y swim lessons programs, and supervising Aquatic staff.
Responsible for Health & Wellness related programming, Wellness Center functions, Personal Training & Nutritional programming. Will coordinate two community wellness events annually utilizing volunteers and Y staff.
Implement the YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program, build and strengthen relationships within the community to facilitate program delivery,supervise daily operations related to the program, supervise, support and guide trained
Lifestyle Coaches and ensure the program achieves quality performance outcomes.
Afterschool Site Supervisor is the primary staff person over-seeing the daily operation of the program at the YMCA.
Assists the lead staff leading a group of students in Enrichment based programming.
Primary staff person supervising and interacting with a small group of Middle School and Teenage children during after school hours.
Must be courteous, friendly, and efficient in providing service to YMCA members and guests.
Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Marshall Area YMCA during evening and weekend hours and the monitoring of all part-time hourly personnel.
Responsible for developing and teaching fitness classes on a weekly basis.
Develop and implement sports program lesson plans and be enthusiastic and great with children.
Under the direction of the Aquatics Coordinator the Y is looking for responsible, caring individuals with demonstrated abilities in lifeguarding and life saving skills.
