Under the direction of the Building and Property Director and in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Marshall Area YMCA, Custodians are the primary staff persons responsible for the general cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the facility and property. Shifts may include every other weekend as well as days and evening/nights. A schedule will be provided upon hire.
Under the direction of the Youth Development Director and in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Marshall Area YMCA, the Lead counselor is the primary staff person working with a group of up to 40 children, responsible for activities with the group as well as with other groups during the camp program.
Under the direction of the Youth Development Director and in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Marshall Area YMCA, summer Camp Counselors are the primary staff working with 10-15 children and large groups of up to 40 children.
Under the direction of the Marketing/Business Director, the Building Supervisor will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Marshall Area YMCA during evening and weekend hours and the monitoring of all part-time hourly personnel.
Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director, Member Services staff should be outgoing, responsible, caring and provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
