LIFEGUARD

Under the direction of the Aquatics & Sports Director the Y is looking for responsible, caring individuals with demonstrated abilities in lifeguarding and life saving skills.

Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age and have current certifications in Lifeguard, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid. 

Shifts available: Daytime, Evenings, and Weekends.

 

GROUP SWIM LESSON INSTRUCTOR  

Under the direction of the Aquatics & Sports Director the Y is looking for responsible, caring individuals with demonstrated abilities in teaching swim lessons.

Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age and have current certifications in Swim Lesson Instructor, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid. 

Shifts available: Daytime, Evenings, and Weekends.

 

PRIVATE SWIM LESSON DIRECTOR  

Under the direction of the Aquatics & Sports Director the Y is looking for responsible, caring individuals with demonstrated abilities in teaching swim lessons.

Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age and have current certifications in Swim Lesson Instructor, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid. 

Shifts available: Daytime, Evenings, and Weekends.

 

SPORTS PROGRAM STAFF

Under the direction of the Aquatics & Sports Director and in accordance of the goals and objectives of the Marshall Area YMCA sports program staff are responsible for working with small groups of children; officiating; leading youth sports practices; assisting with adult leagues and other on and off site program supervision as needed.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have current certifications in CPR and First Aid.  (certifications may be obtained after hire) 

Shifts available: Daytime, Evenings, and Weekends.

 

PART TIME CUSTODIAN

Custodians are the primary staff persons responsible for the general cleanliness safety, and appearance of the facility and property.

Shifts available:  Evenings & Weekends.

 Friday 5:15am - 9:00pm
 Saturday 7:00am - 6:00pm
 Sunday

12:00pm - 8:00pm

CHILD WATCH HOURS

 Monday, Wednesday, Friday Mornings 8:15am - 12:30pm
 Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday Mornings 8:15am - Noon
 Monday - Thursday Evenings 4:30 - 8:00pm
 Sunday CLOSED
