Spirit, Mind, & Body (MS) Water Aerobics:
For anyone who has multiple sclerosis or other physical challenges who may be helped by aquatic exercises.  Your life will never be the same once you experience this inspiring water exercise program held in the lap pool.  Not only will it be therapeutic physically, but mentally as well.  Learn to increase your range of motion, stabilize your balance, and build your strength.  Feel a difference in your Spirit, Mind, and Body!  Each Class is 45 minutes in length.
Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30pm - 5:15pm
 
Yoga Afloat
Class sessions will incorporate Hatha Yoga and breath work in the pool.  Benefit your body by improving balance, core stability, flexibility and focus.  Each class is 45 minuntes in length.

 

 

Shallow Water Exercise

(no swimming skills required)

Monday through Friday 8:30 - 9:30 am

Tuesday & Thursday 5:15 - 6:10 pm

 

Deep Water Exercise

(must be able to swim)

Monday & Wednesday 8:00 - 8:55 pm
