AQUATIC FITNESS CLASSES

Just like our group classes, aquatic fitness Classes  are included in membership fees & no advancedregistration in required. Just jump inand GO! Classes are for ages 15& older. Summer schedule for all aquatic fitness classes will begin the week of May 12.

Shallow Water Exercise
No swimming skills required.
Monday through Friday: 8:30- 9:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursdays: 5:15- 6:10 pm

Deep Water Exercise
Must be able to swim
Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:00- 9:00 pm

That focuses on breathing, flexibility, posture, Muscular strength. And mucular balance.Created for all fitness levels and all ages, this classIs a great addition to our older adult programs!

CHIAR YOGAAre you the kind of person that likes to get exercise with out even getting out of your chair? Then join us for Chair Yoga every Monday, Wednesday amd Friday to work on flexibility, muscular strength, and relaxation.
